This page explains how to ask Empire Digital Marketing Co. ("Empire DMC") to delete information we hold about you, and what happens after you ask.
What data we hold
If you contacted us through this website, we hold what you sent us: typically your name, email address, and the content of your message or booking.
If you visited this website, analytics and advertising tools set cookies in your browser. That data sits with Google and Meta rather than with us, and you can clear it yourself at any time through your browser settings or through those platforms' own privacy controls.
Our internal application, empire-dash-extractor, reads aggregate advertising performance data — spend, impressions, clicks, and conversion counts — from ad accounts our clients have authorized us to manage. It does not collect or store personal information about individuals. There is no personal profile associated with you in that system, so there is nothing individual to delete from it.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hola@empiredmc.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", and include:
- The email address or name you used when you contacted us
- What you would like deleted, if you want to be specific
You do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We will complete it within 30 days of acknowledgement, and confirm by email when it is done.
- If we cannot delete something — for example, records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons — we will tell you which data and why.
There is no charge for this.
If you are a client of Empire DMC
Advertising performance data belongs to the client who owns the ad account. If you want us to stop accessing your ad accounts, you can revoke our access yourself at any time from your Meta Business settings, without contacting us. If you want the historical data we hold about your accounts deleted as well, email hola@empiredmc.com and we will handle it under the terms of our agreement with you.
