These terms govern your use of www.empiredmc.com and of empire-dash-extractor, an internal application operated by Empire Digital Marketing Co. ("Empire DMC", "we", "us"), a company organized under the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Empire DMC is a performance marketing agency. This website presents our services, publishes our writing, and lets you request a meeting. It is informational: nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice.
Agency services are governed by the separate written agreement signed with each client. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement prevails.
2. empire-dash-extractor
empire-dash-extractor is an internal application. It is not a product, it is not offered to the public, and it has no user-facing interface or sign-up.
It reads advertising performance data, on a read-only basis, from ad accounts that our clients have explicitly authorized us to manage. It does not create, modify, or run campaigns, and it does not access personal information about the people who see those ads.
Access to it is limited to Empire DMC personnel. Any client whose ad accounts we access may withdraw that authorization at any time, directly from their own Meta Business settings, without notice to us.
3. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems
- Interfere with its normal operation, or use automated means to overload it
- Use it for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights
- Copy or republish our content as your own
4. Intellectual property
The content on this website — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Empire DMC or to those who licensed it to us. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own or use it commercially without our written permission.
Trademarks and logos of third parties that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.
5. Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
